Pity can be condescending or even selfish, but it can also be a consoling virtue. William Blake places pity as a great virtue, and it can be when it leads us to compassion, deep caring and even care taking. Virtues are those things that lead us to be the best at what it means to be human. How do we become good at being human. Listening to our hearts can lead us there. Join us this Sunday for a celebration of virtue.
