ABOUT OUR FACILITY: 1UC is conveniently located in Midtown with plenty of parking. We are the place for day and/or evening gatherings.

Whether you a planning a business conference, special event, creative retreat or class, 1UC has several meeting spaces to host you and your guests or colleagues. The “Hall” can accommodate anywhere from 10 – 110 attendees while our other meeting spaces can comfortably seat 10 to 20 guests.

Commercial kitchen great for cooking classes/workshops, cooking parties, for catering or food truck preparation.

WE PROVIDE QUALITY SPACE: Unlike conference rooms at hotels or convention centers, we offer flexible terms and a variety of rooms which enables you to host full day events or one hour meetings.

We have a commercial kitchen for rent, dedicated to serving chefs and makers who need a great space to grow their food business.
