Leave a Legacy

The First Unitarian Church derives long-term support through its Endowment Funds. Friends and members make gifts to the endowment funds to memorialize major life events, to honor their friends and family, and to provide a legacy supporting our church. Gifts typically consist of cash, stock, or real estate. Checks for the Endowment funds can be included in the Sunday offering, using the “Memo” line to distinguish the gift.

Two funds currently exist: an unrestricted endowment fund and a fund dedicated to building improvements. If you are considering a gift to the endowment funds, endowment fund trustees are available to help you.  All of us at the First Unitarian Church have benefited from the gifts and bequests from those who came before us as members. Without their generosity, we would not have a place of our own for liberal religion in Oklahoma City.
