Our Whole Lives is a comprehensive, lifespan sexuality education curriculum that our UUA and the UCC created together.  The Our Whole Lives program operates under the idea that well informed youth and young adults make better, healthier decisions about sexuality than those without complete information. OWL strives to be unbiased and teaches about heterosexual, bisexual, homosexual, and transgender sexual health. In addition to information on sex, OWL is intended to help children, youth, and adults to be emotionally healthy and responsible in terms of their sexuality.  Facilitators go through a training process (and background checks) in order to serve as an OWL Facilitator.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Our Whole Lives (OWL) Program, check out https://www.uua.org/lifespan/re-sources/sexuality-education/owl-overview  to learn more.  These classes are open to the wider community, so this is something you can invite your friends to.

In the coming years, we are moving to a regular, planned OWL Schedule:
